I am partnering with a leading procurement and commercial consultancy that is continuing to grow its specialist public-sector offering. Previous consulting experience is highly desirable, although candidates with deep sector expertise and the client-facing skills to transition into consultancy will also be considered. There are multiple roles available.
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in one of the following areas:
- Technology: Central government procurement experience covering areas such as software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, networks, telecoms or managed services.
- Construction: Major infrastructure, construction or capital-programme experience involving NEC contracts and ideally CEMAR, preferably within a public-sector environment.
- Clinical: Clinical procurement experience gained within the NHS or private healthcare across medical devices, clinical products, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals or healthcare services.
- A track record of leading complex sourcing, procurement transformation or commercial improvement programmes.
- Strong senior stakeholder management, negotiation, project leadership and client-facing communication skills.

- Leading complex procurement, strategic sourcing and commercial improvement programmes.
- Advising senior stakeholders on procurement strategy, commercial models, governance and risk.
- Managing client relationships and delivering projects to agreed timescales and quality standards.
- Identifying and delivering measurable savings, service improvements and wider commercial value.
- Supporting proposals, capability development and the coaching of junior consultants.
