The Role
We’re supporting a global manufacturing business in hiring a Global Category Manager to lead Property, Facilities Management and CapEx procurement across a multi-site, international footprint. Reporting to the Global Head of Indirects, this role owns global spend strategy, supplier performance and commercial outcomes across Property, Soft FM, CapEx, Utilities and Warehousing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver global category strategies across Property, FM & CapEx
- Manage global property portfolio with external consultants
- Lead sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract management
- Drive cost reduction, value creation and compliance through data-led decisions
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across Operations, Manufacturing and Corporate Functions
- Support ESG, governance and wider procurement initiatives
About You
- Proven experience in a global or multi-regional procurement role
- Strong background in Property, FM, CapEx or related indirect categories
- Commercial, analytical and confident influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience within a complex, multinational organisation
