The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from emergency and other routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily to single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations. To carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works ‘Right First Time’. Hours of work will be between the core hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm (Monday – Friday) and 8.00 am and 1.00 pm (Saturday) as directed by management.
