The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations on a large-scale hotel fit-out project
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme targets are met
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management
- Maintain site health & safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience managing large fit-out projects
- Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid CSR Manager's Card
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
