Talent Curve are working with a well-established specialist manufacturing business in the Lisburn area that is looking to bring a Manufacturing Engineer into their engineering team. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, focused on continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing workstations.

The Role
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
- Review and improve production workflows across multiple workstations
- Analyse manufacturing data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
- Support tooling improvements and engineering drawing reviews
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including quality and cost engineering
- Contribute to Lean and process improvement initiatives across the production environment
- Support and maintain strong HSEQ standards within manufacturing operations
The Person
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience delivering process improvements or continuous improvement initiatives
- Good understanding of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process optimisation principles
- Ability to analyse manufacturing performance and implement practical improvements
- Relevant engineering qualification
