Talent Curve are working with a leading building controls and automation specialist that delivers engineered solutions across commercial, industrial and public sector projects throughout the UK and Ireland.
The Role
- Reporting to the Projects Director, you will take ownership of multiple live projects from initial handover through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.
- Manage projects from sales handover through CAD design, panel build, electrical installation, commissioning and final account agreement.
- Coordinate closely with in-house design, manufacturing and commissioning teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for project performance, commercial delivery and monthly invoicing.
- Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks and maximise project profitability.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, contractors and end users.
- Represent the business professionally and promote the company's reputation at all times.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in a Project Management role within the BMS, M&E, building services or electrical sector.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify variations, manage project risk and value engineer solutions.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Full clean driving licence.
Desirable
- Previous experience working with BMS systems and controls projects.
- Strong electrical engineering background.
- Experience managing building services or automation projects.
