Salary: Up to £45,000 + 10% bonus

The Opportunity

We are working with a leading heavy goods manufacturer in Dungannon who are scaling their operations and investing in how their engineering function is planned and delivered. They are now looking to bring in an Engineering Planner someone who can bring structure, visibility and data-driven decision making into a busy engineering environment.

You will be:

  • Supporting the development and ongoing management of engineering resource plans
  • Monitoring team capacity, utilisation and workload balance
  • Identifying bottlenecks, risks and delivery issues early
  • Working with leadership to prioritise engineering activities
  • Analysing performance trends and providing insights to improve delivery
  • Carrying out scenario planning to support better decision making
  • Building dashboards and reports to track KPIs and project status
  • Presenting data clearly to engineering and senior management teams
  • Acting as a key user for planning and project management systems (e.g. ClickUp)
  • Driving improvements in systems, workflows and reporting tools
  • Supporting automation and digitalisation of manual processes

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in planning, coordination, reporting or analytical roles
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience with project planning tools (ClickUp, MS Project or similar)
  • Ability to interpret data and turn it into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience within engineering, manufacturing or technical environments
  • Power BI or dashboard/reporting tool experience would be a big advantage
