Salary: £52-58k DOE Talent Curve are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected electrical contractor delivering projects across Northern Ireland, Ireland and the UK.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial, industrial and educational projects from award through to completion.

The Role Managing multiple electrical projects simultaneously from inception to completion.

Coordinating site supervisors, electricians and subcontractors across live projects.

Planning programmes, monitoring progress and ensuring project milestones are achieved.

Managing project budgets, cost control and financial reporting.

Procuring materials and subcontractors.

Managing project variations, change control and agreeing final accounts.

Acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and main contractors.

Attending progress meetings and providing technical support throughout project delivery.

Carrying out regular site visits, inspections and quality audits.

Preparing and reviewing RAMS while promoting a strong safety culture across all sites.

About You We're keen to speak with experienced Electrical Contracts Managers or Electrical Project Managers looking to take the next step.

You'll ideally have: An electrical qualification such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent.

ECS or CSCS card at supervisory or managerial level. 5 years' experience within electrical contracting.

Proven experience managing multiple commercial or industrial electrical projects.

Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and current electrical industry standards.

Experience managing project costs, programmes and subcontractors.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

An SMSTS or SSSTS qualification would be advantageous.
