Talent Curve are recruiting for a Technical Author to join a leading engineering and manufacturing business specialising in heavy equipment solutions for global markets. You will play a key role in supporting product development, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement by producing high-quality documentation across a wide product range.
The Role:
- You will work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to create and maintain technical documentation that supports products throughout their lifecycle.
- Producing user guides, maintenance manuals, troubleshooting documentation, and technical specifications.
- Translating complex engineering information into clear, accessible content.
- Liaising with internal teams and customers to gather accurate product data.
- Supporting sales teams with technical specifications and customer-facing documentation.
- Reviewing and improving existing technical documentation processes.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- Technical writing or technical publishing experience.
- CAD design exposure.
