Role Purpose
This position bridges the gap between engineering design and commercial project delivery. Working alongside an experienced engineering team, you will support mechanical contractors and building consultants by selecting and specifying sustainable thermal technologies for commercial projects. Key Responsibilities
- System Specification: Review mechanical project blueprints and building designs to recommend optimized heating, cooling, or climate-control hardware configurations.
- Technical Submittals: Assist the internal team in preparing accurate technical quotes, equipment schedules, and schematic documentation.
- Project Estimating: Produce pricing proposals and commercial bids for ongoing trade and tender inquiries.
- Client Advisory: Serve as a reliable technical point of contact for contractor and consultant queries, delivering strong assistance over the phone.

Qualifications and Experience
