Mechanical Design Engineers Multiple Opportunities Across Co. Tyrone. Talent Curve are currently working with a number of leading engineering and manufacturing companies across Co. Tyrone who are looking to add Mechanical Design Engineers to their teams. We are recruiting for a range of positions from graduate through to senior level, with opportunities available across heavy machinery, bespoke manufacturing, materials handling and specialist engineering sectors. Salaries are available up to £60,000 depending on experience, with bonus schemes of up to 10% and strong overall benefits packages on offer.
The Roles
- These positions will involve a mix of new product development, customer-driven design work and continuous improvement projects depending on the company and sector.
- Producing 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Design and development of mechanical systems and components.
- Working closely with production, fabrication and project teams.
- Supporting products from concept through to manufacture.
- Design calculations, BOM creation and technical documentation.
- Customer and supplier liaison where required.
- Continuous improvement and value engineering activities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in mechanical design within manufacturing or engineering.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD packages such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo.
- HND, Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience with heavy equipment, machinery or fabrication would be advantageous for some positions.
