Talent Curve Recruitment is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to run a 360 manufacturing desk - covering mechanical and electrical engineers, quality, maintenance, and design roles across Ireland. Specialist consultancy, not a generalist agency. Clients range from precision engineering SMEs to multinational manufacturers. Growing fast in 2026 and the desk has real momentum behind it.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • Running a full 360 desk - business development, candidate sourcing, and placements
  • Building relationships with manufacturing clients across Ireland
  • Placing engineers, quality, and maintenance professionals at all levels
  • Growing your client base through proactive outreach and networking

What We're Offering:

  • £30,000 - £50,000 OTE in Year 1 - uncapped commission, no ceiling on earnings
  • Short Fridays - Monday to Thursday finish at 4:30, Friday at 3:30
  • 35 days holiday
  • Enhanced pension
