We are working with a well-established fire and security specialist who are on the lookout for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join their growing team.
What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out installation, servicing, and commissioning work on a range of fire alarm and security systems, including addressable and conventional setups.
- Handling fault finding, diagnostics and testing, while ensuring every job is completed safely and efficiently.
- Being part of the on-call rota 1 week on, 7 weeks off with a fair overtime structure in place.
Overtime & On-Call:
- Single time paid travel
- 1.5x pay for out-of-hours work
- 2x pay after midnight and on Sundays
What they're looking for:
- Proven experience working as a Fire & Security Engineer, confident with fire alarm systems such as Gent, Advanced, Kentec, or Morley.
- FIA training, experience with emergency lighting, or knowledge of access control and CCTV systems is a real advantage.
