The Job
- Maximise machine efficiency and minimise unplanned downtime ensuring the plant runs as smoothly as possible.
- Analyse current maintenance and process systems and recommend improvements to continually optimise machinery, support systems, and plant performance.
- Promote a culture of high standards in health & safety at all times.
The Person
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical knowledge (essential), along with experience of pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam-generation systems.
- Competent in interpreting engineering drawings.
