Talent Curve is recruiting for a Quality Engineer on behalf of a well-established manufacturer based in Co. Antrim.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure product and process quality standards are met
  • Lead defect analysis, reject reduction, and internal audits
  • Manage non-conforming product and support corrective actions
  • Liaise with customers on quality issues and complaints
  • Support continuous improvement (8D, Kaizen) and PPAP prep
  • Oversee supplier quality and maintain ISO compliance
  • Prepare inspection plans and CMM programs
  • Travel to customer and supplier sites as required

What you'll need:

  • Engineering or technical degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with tools like 8D or Kaizen
