A bit about what you will do... Talent & Culture Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operation of the administration functions of the HR department, providing a comprehensive and proactive service across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR Generalist duties. Providing a central support across the hotels and golf club. The role will hold an administration value in multiple different areas including Onboarding for all hotels, reference checking, CV sourcing/screening and basic HR administrative duties.
- Onboarding
- Issue all onboarding documents to new candidates for all hotels in the group.
- Request and manage the reference checking process.
- Communication with the Hotel HR teams and Line Managers regarding new starters.
- Support with basic HR administrative tasks such as updates and general queries.
- Support with delivering recruitment training across hotels.
- Generate monthly recruitment report.
- Issue weekly vacancy list.
- Support Head of TA with follow up and briefings on Graduate, Chef apprentice and other learning and development activities happening in the properties to ensure programs are operating correctly.
- Support Head of TA & Head of L&D with implementation of new training programs and ensuring programs are being delivered to standard.
- Ensuring Harri ATS is kept up to date in regards to onboarding paperwork, contracts and adverts.
- Proactively sourcing candidates from a range of channels.
- Producing short-lists & telephone screening.
- Applicant sharing via the cluster talent pool.
- Ensuring that all applicants receive an appropriate response within set timeframe.
- Supporting with developing TA growth programs such as university partnerships and charity relationships.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. A smart and professional appearance. Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
