With many exciting plans ahead, we are now looking for a Recruiter to join us. This is the perfect role for an Agency recruiter looking to go into internal recruitment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be directly responsible for the recruitment and selection of a variety of team member, Team Leader and Management positions.
- Guide Hiring Managers on the recruitment process and best practices to ensure they fill their vacancies in a suitable amount of time.
- Utilising the relevant job boards to advertise our vacancies in the most cost effective and timely way, while ensuring the advert content is accurate and follows the relevant brand standards.
- Arranging interviews for suitable candidates with hiring Managers.
- Advising and guiding stakeholders on Recruitment approaches in line with overall Talent Acquisition policy.
- Be a part of recruitment and attraction initiatives and activities.
- Attend career events and job fairs being an ambassador for The Arora Group and the Brands Affiliated with it.
- Work proactively to ensure we have Talent pools of relevant candidates for a proactive approach for future vacancies.
Skills & Experience
- A successful track record as a Recruiter in the hospitality industry (Internal or Agency).
- Experience of working with major global hotel brands is ideal.
- Team player with strong & positive people skills.
- Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Willing to adapt and change styles as and when necessary.
- Have a proactive approach and always be thinking two steps ahead.
- Senior stakeholder Management experience.
- Driving licence is a plus but not essential.
