The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Safe Plumber to join a property maintenance team working across high-end properties in Surrey. This is a mobile role involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold water systems
  • Carry out work on sanitation, waste disposal, and drainage systems
  • Maintain and repair central heating systems
  • Fix and maintain piped services across a range of properties
  • Test closed-loop heating systems to ensure correct pressure and levels
  • Carry out fault finding and necessary repairs
  • Maintain stock and manage plumbing materials
  • Support other engineers and team members when required
  • Participate in an on-call rota and seasonal shift patterns
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety and COSHH regulations
  • Carry out additional duties as required within the scope of the role

Requirements

  • City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Unvented Hot Water qualification (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance
  • Good understanding of building regulations
  • Knowledge of health & safety and COSHH
  • Proven experience in a similar plumbing role
  • Own hand tools
  • Full UK driving licence
