The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Safe Plumber to join a property maintenance team working across high-end properties in Surrey. This is a mobile role involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold water systems
- Carry out work on sanitation, waste disposal, and drainage systems
- Maintain and repair central heating systems
- Fix and maintain piped services across a range of properties
- Test closed-loop heating systems to ensure correct pressure and levels
- Carry out fault finding and necessary repairs
- Maintain stock and manage plumbing materials
- Support other engineers and team members when required
- Participate in an on-call rota and seasonal shift patterns
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety and COSHH regulations
- Carry out additional duties as required within the scope of the role
Requirements
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Unvented Hot Water qualification (essential)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance
- Good understanding of building regulations
- Knowledge of health & safety and COSHH
- Proven experience in a similar plumbing role
- Own hand tools
- Full UK driving licence
