- Managing contractors and specialist service providers

- Supporting workplace projects, office moves, and general operations
- Remaining hands-on with maintenance support where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
- Strong hands-on maintenance or engineering background
- Experience managing contractors and compliance activities
- Good understanding of commercial building operations and H&S
Package:
- £55,000 basic salary
- 10% bonus
