The Role

We are looking for a reliable and practical Handyman to join our team in Slough on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and repair work, helping to ensure the site is kept safe, functional and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general repairs and maintenance across the site
  • Complete basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating tasks
  • Carry out minor repairs to fixtures, fittings and equipment
  • Identify maintenance issues and report larger repairs when required
  • Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Ensure tools and work areas are kept clean and safe
  • Follow site health and safety procedures
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests

What We're Looking For

  • Previous handyman, maintenance or facilities experience
  • Good practical DIY and repair skills
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry and decorating
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible to work either the 7:00am–3:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm shift
  • Able to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
