The Role
We are looking for a reliable and practical Handyman to join our team in Slough on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and repair work, helping to ensure the site is kept safe, functional and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance across the site
- Complete basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating tasks
- Carry out minor repairs to fixtures, fittings and equipment
- Identify maintenance issues and report larger repairs when required
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks
- Ensure tools and work areas are kept clean and safe
- Follow site health and safety procedures
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
What We're Looking For
- Previous handyman, maintenance or facilities experience
- Good practical DIY and repair skills
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry and decorating
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible to work either the 7:00am–3:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm shift
- Able to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
