Day to day: * General property maintenance & repairs * Basic carpentry, plumbing and tiling * Doors, windows, locks and building fixtures * Guttering and drainage repairs * Furniture assembly & installation * Supporting refurbishment and improvement works * Assisting and supervising contractors Ideal for someone from a handyman, fabric, multi-trade or property maintenance background who takes pride in working to a high standard.
