A new opportunity has become available for a skilled and proactive Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong plumbing background to join a well-established maintenance team. The role is split between site and office work, delivering high standards of planned and reactive maintenance across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete remedial works and PPM tasks in line with schedules and update records via the helpdesk system.
- Source appropriate equipment and materials in conjunction with the Contracts Manager and purchasing team.
- Conduct basic fault finding on both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Accurately complete job sheets detailing call-out descriptions, time spent, and materials used.
- Keep site logbooks updated and carry out site audits, including cosmetic and general maintenance reviews.
- Ensure plant systems and associated assets are well documented for asset registers and reporting.
- Liaise regularly with the Helpdesk team to ensure timely completion of PPM works.
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
