Account Coordinator in Harrow

Graduate B2B Accounts Coordinator Location: Harrow Salary: £30,000–£32,000 DOE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Office-based About the Role We are recruiting for a growing building services company specialising in plumbing, heating, maintenance and renewable energy. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate or commercially minded individual looking to develop a career in B2B Account Management, with training and progression opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients. * Handle customer enquiries, provide updates and resolve issues. * Coordinate maintenance jobs, engineers, contractors and projects. * Prepare and follow up quotations, proposals and customer orders. * Support invoicing, purchase orders and contract administration. * Identify new business opportunities and support account growth. * Assist with client onboarding and marketing activities. * Maintain accurate customer records and job updates. Requirements * Degree or relevant experience in business, customer service, sales or administration. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel. * Commercially minded, proactive and eager to learn. * Interest in developing a career in B2B account management. * Experience in construction, maintenance or engineering is advantageous but not essential. Benefits * £30,000–£32,000 salary. * 28 days' holiday including bank holidays. * Training and professional development. * Career progression towards Account Manager. Working Hours Summer (April–September): 8am–5pm Winter (October–March): 8am–6pm Monday to Friday, with a one-hour unpaid lunch. Overtime or call-out rota may apply
