Mobile Decorator (Commercial Offices) – Surrey Area

Location: Surrey & Surrounding Areas Salary: £34,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits Package Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Decorator to join our growing team, working across a portfolio of commercial office buildings throughout Surrey and the surrounding areas.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work with a professional facilities management team delivering high-quality decorating and refurbishment works.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional wallpaper hanging skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working in occupied commercial environments where quality, professionalism, and customer service are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all aspects of internal and external decorating.
  • Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding, stripping, and priming.
  • Hang a variety of commercial wallpapers to a high standard.
  • Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialist coatings.
  • Complete reactive maintenance and planned refurbishment works.
  • Work safely within occupied office environments with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and housekeeping.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and colleagues.
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a professional decorator.
  • Excellent wallpaper hanging experience is essential.
