Day to day: * Planned & reactive mechanical maintenance * AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors * Fault finding and mechanical repairs * BMS and basic electrical systems * Supporting and supervising contractors * General building services maintenance Requirements: * Mechanical, Plumbing or HVAC qualification * Building Services experience * Strong mechanical maintenance background * Full UK driving licence This is a mobile role around the Chertsey area, with a company vehicle and fuel card provided.
