Graduate B2B Accounts Coordinator

Salary: £30,000-£32,000 DOE

About the Role
We are recruiting for a growing building services company specialising in plumbing, heating, maintenance and renewable energy.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate or commercially minded individual looking to develop a career in B2B Account Management, with training and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
- Handle customer enquiries, provide updates and resolve issues.
- Coordinate maintenance jobs, engineers, contractors and projects.
- Prepare and follow up quotations, proposals and customer orders.
- Support invoicing, purchase orders and contract administration.
- Identify new business opportunities and support account growth.
- Assist with client onboarding and marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and job updates.
Requirements
- Degree or relevant experience in business, customer service, sales or administration.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Commercially minded, proactive and eager to learn.
- Interest in developing a career in B2B account management.
- Experience in construction, maintenance or engineering is advantageous but not essential.
Benefits

Working Hours
Summer (April-September): 8am-5pm
Winter (October-March): 8am-6pm
Monday to Friday, with a one-hour unpaid lunch. Overtime or call-out rota may apply
