Our client is recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller for their vehicle repair Bodyshop in Exeter, Devon. You will play a key role in planning and organising vehicle repair workflows to ensure maximum utilisation within the Bodyshop and ensure the efficiency of production teams. Working closely with the Vehicle Damage Assessment and parts teams, as the Workshop Supervisor you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance.

You will be:

  • Detailed understanding of vehicle repair methods
  • Proven track record of running Bodyshop production teams
