Basic Salary: £44,000.00 + £50K OTE
Our client is recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller for their vehicle repair Bodyshop in Exeter [Devon]. You will play a key role in the planning and organising of vehicle repair workflows to ensure maximum utilisation within the Bodyshop and ensure the efficiency of production teams. Working closely with the Vehicle Damage Assessment and parts teams, as the Workshop Supervisor you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance.
You will be:
