Responsibilities:
- Use your Vehicle Damage Assessor [VDA] skills to lead & develop a team of 4 other VDA's
- Prepare accurate, fair, and fully justified repair assessments using the latest repair methods
- Use Audatex confidently and maintain knowledge of GT Global
- Understand insurer and customer contracts to ensure compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor [VDA] / Estimator
- Able to commute to the Skelmersdale [Lancashire] Bodyshop site
- Skilled in Audatex
- Strong communication skills for working with customers, insurers, and colleagues
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
