This senior-level technician role is due to our clients continued growth and as a result of their success, and to support this they are looking to recruit an experienced Technician with Mobile [Paint/Panel/SMART] looking to move into a more senior role supporting the team of technicians in the Northwest.\\n\\nAs a Regional Support Technician, you will report into the Head of Mobile repairs [automotive], work with the current management team, experienced in vehicle bodywork repairs [Paint / Panel / SMART], a strong technical background carrying out vehicle body repairs but also experienced in managing teams of vehicle body repair technicians [automotive], based throughout the Northwest, working with various clients, such as Vehicle Dealerships, Vehicle Fleet and Bodyshop's.\\n\\nExperience:\\n\\n * Strong Technical skills within vehicle repairs, both Bodyshop and Mobile, Paint / Panel / SMART\\n\\n * Managing teams of Mobile Vehicle Repair Technicians based throughout the U.K.\\n\\n * An exceptional leader to drive excellence and innovation across their Mobile Repair Technicians [Automotive Body Repair].\\n\\n * Develop current recruitment and training methods within the repair technician team\\n\\n * Develop and grow the current mobile vehicle repair team and repair partner network\\n\\n * Review, assess and analyse the methods and process currently used within the mobile repair team\\n\\nSo, if you’re an experienced vehicle body repair technician, experienced mobile repair technician [Paint / Panel / SMART] looking to take your career to the next level then please contact Talent Connect to discuss further
