Location: Harrow, Greater London Salary: £65,000 - £86,400 OTE Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm or 06:30 to 16:30 (50 hours per week including paid breaks)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join a leading Accident Repair Centre based in Harow, Greater london.
Our client is one of the UK’s leading accident repair groups, operating a growing network of modern repair centres across the country.
This is a high-profile position within the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to lead a professional workshop team within a modern, clean and well-equipped repair environment.
This role would suit an experienced Bodyshop Manager, General Manager, Workshop Manager or Production Manager with a strong background within an Accident Repair Centre, Bodyshop or vehicle repair environment.
As the Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the workshop, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
You will lead, support and develop the team while driving productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
The Role Will Include
- Managing the daily operation of the Accident Repair Centre and ensuring the workshop runs efficiently.
- Leading daily team meetings to communicate workload, targets and any operational challenges.
- Allocating work and managing repair volumes for vehicles due in and currently on site.
- Supporting technicians and ensuring the correct use of equipment, tools and processes.
- Monitoring vehicle progress and ensuring repairs are completed within agreed timescales.
- Working closely with the Regional Manager to discuss performance, workload and challenges.
- Ensuring accurate repair documentation, including job packs and repair images.
- Monitoring parts requirements and ensuring vehicles have the correct components available.
- Managing wet and dry stock levels within the workshop.
- Maintaining quality control throughout every stage of the repair process.
About You
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Manager, Accident Repair Centre Manager, Workshop Manager or Production Manager.
- Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and workshop operations.
- Experience managing and motivating technicians within a busy repair environment.
- Knowledge of Panel, MET, Paint and Mechanical repair disciplines.
- Strong focus on productivity, quality and customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good IT skills with the ability to use workshop systems and technology effectively.
