Salary: From £25,000k – £30,000k Dependant on experience

* Automotive / Bodyshop experience needed*

Skills you will Need:

Strong Customer Service background
Excellent Telephone manner
Competent with IT and System\’s
Experience within the Automotive sector is desirable but not essential as training will be provided for the right person
Dealing with customer and clients face to face Key Responsibilities:

To manage all customer interactions on behalf of the Bodyshop
Explain the work carried out on vehicle, ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
Quality Control
