The position of Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) requires the individual to assess/estimate vehicle accident damage using the required knowledge and methods to ascertain the safest repair method. An ATA is desirable but not essential, as is knowledge of Audatex, Autoflow etc.
Duties will include:
- Create accurate, right first time vehicle repair assessments
- Maintain an excellent working knowledge of estimating systems, i.e. Audatex, Autoflow
- Develop and or maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of all insurer/customer contracts
- Maintain effective communication skills with both internal and external customers
You will have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Repair Estimator
- Audatex experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Live in or around the Basingstoke (Hampshire) area
