We are currently looking to hire a proactive Customer Success Lead to join our team and help shape the future of our business.

  • What the role involves
  • Providing excellent front line support to platform users by responding to customer queries, resolving incidents and providing information to clients as required.
  • Managing the onboarding and set up of new clients, including training and customer account creation
  • Delivering on CSAT/NPS and KPIs through quick resolution of tickets, data-driven analysis, planning and execution.
  • Preparing management reports and ensuring Hubspot record maintenance.
  • Being the voice of the client, collaborating with our product, tech and commercial teams to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.

About you

  • At least 2 years of customer facing experience, ideally in a B2B Saa S business.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and go the extra mile to delight customers.
  • Ability to communicate with clients to the highest standard and deliver great service.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tech savvy and willing to learn about the product’s functionality.
  • Proven experience working with Hubspot CRM or a similar system.
  • Desire to get stuck in and think beyond the task at hand at times when things are complex.
  • A keen eye for detail, strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
