We're on the lookout for a detail-obsessed Event Data Coordinator to join a busy, fast-paced agency team delivering high-end corporate events for a prestigious global financial services firm. If you're organised, data-savvy and ready to be part of a high performing team delivering events for a range of audiences in the corporate world then this is for you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing attendee registration and data across a high volume of corporate events
  • Maintaining accurate attendee databases and generating reporting and analysis
  • Supporting the build, testing and management of event communications including registration invites, joining instructions, event reminders and more
  • Handling confidential attendee data with care and in line with compliance guidelines
  • Badge printing, packing and shipping of event collateral and keeping logistics on track
  • Providing on-site support at events when needed

What we're looking for:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills — this is a must
  • Experience with event registration platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite or similar) is a bonus
  • Comfortable speaking to clients and attendees directly to help them navigate registration and issues that may come up
  • You’ll be super organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
