The role:

  • Multi-project ownership: you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of client briefs from initial enquiry through to contracting
  • Client consultancy: you’ll be a trusted senior point of contact, interpreting detailed briefs and delivering venue proposals that hit the mark
  • Venue relationships: you’ll build and maintain strong connections with hotels, unique spaces, and private dining venues across the UK and beyond
  • Negotiation: manage conversations around rates, contractual terms and commission relationships
  • Proposals & budgets: you’ll produce compelling, well-presented venue recommendations for an array of clients and event types
  • Team contribution: you’ll enjoy supporting junior colleagues and contributing to new business and account growth

You will need:

  • Proven venue finding experience within an events agency environment
  • A strong, established network of venue and supplier contacts
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Self-motivation and the discipline to work effectively from home

What’s on offer:

  • £35,000 – £40,000 base salary plus commission
