The role:
- Multi-project ownership: you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of client briefs from initial enquiry through to contracting
- Client consultancy: you’ll be a trusted senior point of contact, interpreting detailed briefs and delivering venue proposals that hit the mark
- Venue relationships: you’ll build and maintain strong connections with hotels, unique spaces, and private dining venues across the UK and beyond
- Negotiation: manage conversations around rates, contractual terms and commission relationships
- Proposals & budgets: you’ll produce compelling, well-presented venue recommendations for an array of clients and event types
- Team contribution: you’ll enjoy supporting junior colleagues and contributing to new business and account growth
You will need:
- Proven venue finding experience within an events agency environment
- A strong, established network of venue and supplier contacts
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Self-motivation and the discipline to work effectively from home
What’s on offer:
