The role:
- End-to-end event delivery: This will include advisory boards, internal conferences and standalones and HCP focused projects managed from brief to post-event reporting.
- HCP engagement & compliance: You’ll be all over contracts, honoraria, ToV reporting & regulatory requirements.
- Client & stakeholder management: You’re in-house so you are the primary point of contact for HCPs and internal teams on logistics, travel and communications.
- Commercials: You’ll negotiate contracts, manage POs, build & manage budgets and reconcile post event.
- On-site delivery: You'll love being onsite, making sure everything is delivered to perfection.
What you'll bring:
- Corporate event experience: Agency or in-house & ideally with pharma or life sciences experience.
- Proven PM-level delivery: You’ll have managed complex programmes independently & be comfortable juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Strong client management skills: Comfortable owning relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external HCPs / KOLs.
