This is white-glove, high-touch event delivery for a global agency, embedded within their clients London office as the go-to face of exceptional venue and event experience.

What you'll be doing: Acting as the central point of contact for the venue's logistical needs - catering, AV, security, swag, transport, the lot Managing booking requests and room blocks, coordinating calendar invites for prep meetings and speaker scheduling Delivering on-site, day-of support - registration, badge printing, guest management and troubleshooting on the fly Owning event documentation, supply management, and post-event stakeholder comms Managing dΓ©cor, staffing and catering across a portfolio of high-touch meetings and events Keeping swag and supplies inventoried and stocked without missing a beat Building genuine relationships with clients and the wider team Bringing proactive ideas and creative solutions to the table, every time What we're looking for: β Experience: experience in a similar venue/event coordination role, ideally supporting meetings and conferences from 50 to 300+ attendees β Service pedigree: A track record in 5* / white-glove environments - you understand what "concierge level" really means β Client-facing confidence: Comfortable managing senior-level stakeholders and translating their needs into flawless execution β Organisation: Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and the ability to stay calm and sharp under pressure β Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, and always looking for a smarter way to do things If this sounds like your kind of jam, we'd love to hear from you.
