This is a true hybrid role which will see you;

  • Leading and empowering your team of Execs, EMs and SEMs to deliver best in class consumer lead events for leading global brands
  • Manage client relationships and comms up to SLT / C Suite level
  • Work with the MD to ensure adequate resource is available inc. freelancers
  • Roll your sleeves up and deliver events and projects leading from the front
  • Where a commercial hat being ultimately responsible for your team’s margins and profitability
  • Drive a culture of creativity through the business and always be looking and striving for new and innovative ways to deliver events & campaigns for clients
