Who are we looking for?
- You’ll have come from a creative background and worked within an agency.
- Be a cool and calm operator who understands all of the moving parts of a fast paced studio.
- Someone who can manage relationships across the agency and the different teams and also external suppliers and freelancers.
- A project planning superstar – you don’t just work with project plans they’re your significant work other half!
What you’ll be doing (very top line):
- Managing studio resource / vetting briefs / leading on daily meetings / managing freelance talent across various disciplines (2d, 3d, designers etc).
- Having oversight on design work and where necessary stepping in to manage minor changes / tweaks if team is at capacity (experience with InDesign or Illustrator would be AMAZING).
- Working on process optimization, utilizing Monday.com and championing best practice and evolving process and best practice.
- Working across all internal teams in order to utilise the studio resource to help ensure projects are on time and to budget.
So, we’d love to speak with anyone with experience in studio / traffic management who has a creative eye and understands the process inside out.
