My wonderful agency client are looking for a Creative Director to join their team. This is a brand new role for the agency which will give you an enormous opportunity to really make this role your own and lead on all of the creative output.
The agency itself is privately owned and works across a broad section of client sectors delivering events and experiences globally.
Top line you will be:
- Leading the creative strategy and direction making sure their offering stands out
- Working to build the agency's brand and assets and at the same time crafting the agency's own brand and creative deck
- Working with the SLT on pitches and RFPs for both new and existing clients
- Keeping up with current trends and innovative solutions and working closely with internal teams to ensure clients are getting best in class event experiences
- Mentoring existing team members and also working with the SLT to identify future hires in order to build out the creative department
Whilst the role is remote and location is flexible, the team do meet regularly in London so you must have the ability to get in for meet ups, pitches and client meetings.
