Proven experience as an Account Director or senior Account Manager within a brand experience, events, or experiential marketing agency β
A track record of growing accounts organically - spotting opportunities, not just servicing briefs β
Confident presenting strategy and ideas directly to senior client stakeholders β
Strong leadership of integrated project teams, balancing creative ambition with commercial reality β
A genuine passion for live brand experiences and the ability to bring fresh thinking to every account β
Own and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the senior point of contact β
Develop account strategies that align creative output with client business objectives β
Identify and convert organic growth opportunities within existing accounts β
Lead client presentations, pitches, and strategic reviews β
Oversee delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time, and on budget β
