We are working with a high-end travel business with a global footprint who are looking for an experienced Event Manager to lead its international events programme. This role will see you lead on flagship conferences to VIP trips & intimate community experiences to brand activations and you will sit at the heart of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business that operates across four continents.

The Role
  • Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of all events - from intimate member experiences to large-scale flagship programmes
  • Lead on budgets, logistics, production, supplier management, venues and guest experience
  • Manage sponsorship partnerships and ensure all partner deliverables and activations are fulfilled
  • Act as the key contact for hotel partners, tourism boards and commercial stakeholders
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing and commercial teams to align events with business objectives
  • Oversee communications, RSVP management, itineraries and event operations
About You
  • Experience in events: ideally within luxury travel, hospitality, lifestyle or premium brand environments
  • Strong commercial mindset: with excellent relationship management skills across senior stakeholders and commercial partners
  • Highly organized: with solid project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously
  • Confident with VIP guests and senior stakeholders: calm under pressure, adaptable and proactive
  • Open to UK and international travel: you’ll just love travel!
