They are entering an exciting new phase of growth and need an exceptional Operations Lead to sit at the heart of their business.
This is a pivotal leadership role, working in close partnership with the Commercial Director and Founders to ensure the business runs with clarity, consistency and discipline.
- Leading the day-to-day operational running of the business, ensuring accountability and consistency across all event delivery
- Managing resource and capacity planning across the delivery team, including freelancers
- Designing and implementing scalable operational systems, playbooks and project management tools
- Tracking project profitability, delivery costs and resource utilisation to protect margins
- Calm under pressure: juggling multiple projects and competing deadlines doesn’t faze you
