Our client is a fast-growing events agency with a strong reputation for creativity and exceptional event delivery. They are entering an exciting new phase of growth and need an exceptional Operations Lead to sit at the heart of their business. This is a pivotal leadership role, working in close partnership with the Commercial Director and Founders to ensure the business runs with clarity, consistency and discipline.
Your role:
- Leading the day-to-day operational running of the business, ensuring accountability and consistency across all event delivery
- Establishing clear delivery frameworks from proposal to post-event review
- Managing resource and capacity planning across the delivery team, including freelancers
- Designing and implementing scalable operational systems, playbooks and project management tools
- Tracking project profitability, delivery costs and resource utilisation to protect margins
- Running structured operational reviews and keeping the SLT informed with clear operational insight
- Providing leadership and guidance to the delivery team, fostering a culture of empowerment, ownership and continuous improvement
