What is the Role?
They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to be the first hire into the company. The ideal candidate will proactively manage the end-to-end recruitment process while nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates. They will be placing paraplanners, IFAs, Compliance Specialists and more roles associated with the sectors. Candidates with backgrounds in finance, investment, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a robust network of candidates within the wealth management sector.
- Identify and understand client needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to match talent with client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilise job boards, social media, and industry contacts to effectively source candidates.
- Stay updated on market trends and changes within the wealth management industry to better serve clients.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients alike.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment agency, preferably within the wealth management or financial planning sectors.
- A strong history of billings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
- A genuine interest in the wealth management industry and its job market.
- Business development skills; sales experience would be a bonus.
