They are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative and high-performing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining a strong network of white-collar construction professionals
- Developing both new and existing client relationships to grow your desk
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV screening and candidate interviews
- Learning to fully understand client requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Collaborating with experienced consultants to enhance candidate assessment and placement success
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and industry contacts
- Keeping up to date with market trends within construction to anticipate client needs
What They’re Looking For
- Previous experience in permanent recruitment, ideally within Construction or Engineering
- A strong billing track record
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with recruitment systems is beneficial
- Able to commute to Reading
