Talent Chief are working with an established specialist hospitality recruitment business looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Bath, specialising in chef recruitment. You'll be joining a business with an established reputation within hospitality and a strong understanding of the sector.
The role involves recruiting chefs across the hospitality sector, working with a mixture of hotels, restaurants, pubs, contract caterers, schools, nursing homes, sporting venues and other hospitality businesses. Typical roles will include:
- Executive & Head Chefs
- Sous Chefs
- Chef de Parties
- Commis Chefs
- Pastry Chefs
- Breakfast Chefs
- Relief / Temporary Chefs
- Kitchen & Catering Management
This is a 360 recruitment role, giving you ownership of both the client and candidate side of the desk. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing client relationships
- Winning new business across Bath and the surrounding region
- Building a strong network of chefs
- Taking and qualifying vacancies
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Managing temporary and permanent recruitment processes
- Growing your market commercially
Who are we looking for? Ideally, you'll already have experience recruiting within hospitality, catering or chefs. However, we'd also be interested in speaking with experienced recruiters from other fast-paced markets who have a strong track record of running a 360 desk.
You’ll need:
- Previous recruitment agency experience
- Strong business development ability
- Confidence building relationships with new clients
