I’m working with a well-established, multi-office specialist recruitment firm looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant into their Manchester team.
The Business
My client is a respected, professional services-focused recruitment consultancy with an excellent market reputation and long-standing client relationships. The Accountancy & Finance division is particularly strong — with:
- A consistent flow of inbound vacancies
- High levels of repeat and retained business
- Established PSL agreements
- Warm client relationships ready to be developed further
This is not a “build it from scratch” role. There are live roles to work on from day one, giving you immediate billing opportunity.
The Opportunity
You will:
- Take ownership of an established A&F desk
- Work on existing live vacancies immediately
- Develop warm accounts with significant repeat business
- Utilise business development skills to win new clients
- Grow new business where opportunity naturally presents itself
- Focus on mid-to-senior level finance appointments
You’ll have autonomy, but with the backing of a strong brand and proven delivery capability behind you.
