You'll lead a specialist Engineering recruitment team focused on supporting some of the world's most innovative Renewable Energy businesses.
You'll continue running your own profitable 360 desk whilst coaching consultants, developing existing client relationships and winning new business across the sector.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a specialist Engineering recruitment team
- Running your own 360 Renewable Energy recruitment desk
- Growing existing strategic client accounts
- Winning new business across Renewable Energy and Clean Energy markets
- Coaching and mentoring recruiters to maximise performance
- Helping shape the future direction of the division
- Driving team performance, profitability and long-term growth

What We're Looking For
- Previous Renewable Energy, Engineering or Clean Energy recruitment experience
- Experience managing or leading recruiters
- Strong contract or permanent recruitment background
- Proven business development success
